How It's Made

Each felt ball is individually hand-rolled by women artisans in Nepal from raw New Zealand wool, using only water and soap, the oldest felting technique in the world. The balls are then dyed, dried, and hand-stitched together. No machinery. No chemical treatments. Start to finish, every step is done by hand.

Why Wool Is Better for Nurseries

Wool is naturally antibacterial, hypoallergenic, and resistant to dust mites. It doesn't off-gas volatile organic compounds the way synthetic rugs do.
