Refund policy

14 Days Return Policy

We value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. Our 14-Day Return Policy allows you to return items within 14 days from the date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused and in their original condition
• Returned with all original packaging and tags
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

We accept returns for products in some categories, including thangka paintings, statues, singing bowls and gongs, dhaka handbags, felt products (except felt rugs), cashmere products, Buddhist ritual items, and musical instruments (except Kukris and rugs).
Rugs and Kukris are custom-made to order products, so we don’t unfortunately cannot accept returns and provide you refund for these orders.
We don't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return and Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order after receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at yuna.handicrafts@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
