How long does it take to process my order?

The time we need to process your order for shipping varies depending on the products. Normally, your orders are processed within 24 hours. Please refer to the individual item's description for more details.

What if I need to modify my order or change my shipping address?

Please go to your Cart and make the necessary modifications to your order. Click “Proceed to Checkout” on your Cart page. Here, you can make the necessary changes to your Shipping address. Or you can contact us on WhatsApp or email yunahandicrafts@gmail.com.

How is the shipping rate calculated for international orders?

We provide free shipping for all our products. So, shipping rates are not calculated.

How long does it take to ship internationally?

It usually takes 4-7 Days with DHL Express, but we cannot guarantee it. Actual delivery time will also depend on the shipping method you choose. 

Do you deliver to homes across the world?

Yes, we do deliver across the world. Still, if you have any doubts, do write us.

What about the customs and import taxes?

You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

What online payment gateways do you accept?

We accept payments from 100s of partners including PayPal, debit card, credit cards and more. Note: We never receive your credit/debit card information and this processing is done through secure payments provided by the Shopify platform.

How can I make a payment?

After adding your desired product to the cart, proceed to checkout. Fill in the Billing Details and Shipping Address (if different from the Billing Address). Choose your preferred payment option and click “Place Order”. 

Do you accept checks, cash, or money orders?

No, we do not accept checks, cash, or money orders online.

What is the time period for order returns?

We’re sorry your order didn’t work out. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Anything I need to consider before returning the item?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I get refunded?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

Who will bear the return item shipping charge?

You have to bear the return item shipping charge.
