Delivery Disclaimer
We aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, in certain circumstances—such as deliveries to remote locations, areas with limited courier access, or destinations that are temporarily or logistically difficult to reach—delivery may take longer than expected. In such cases, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding while we work to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
Order Processing Time
Generally, all orders except Kukris and rugs have a processing time of 1-3 days.
Products such as rugs and Kukris are made to order and are processed after the products are made.
Delivery Time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies depending on the products. For details, see individual items.
Handbags, Singing Bowls, Ritual Items, Thangka, Statues, Felt Products (except felt rugs), Musical Instruments, Cashmere Products: Normally, delivery for orders in these product categories (except rugs and Kukris) takes around 7 days.
Kukri: It takes around 1-1.5 weeks to make Kukris. You can expect your Kukri orders to be delivered after 14 days of placing an order.
Rugs: It takes around 2-3 months to make your custom rugs, depending on the size of the rug. You can expect your rug orders to be delivered around in 3 months after placing an order.
Once your order is packaged, we will send you an email with your tracking information.
International & Worldwide Delivery

Customs and Import Taxes

What happens if the order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery date.
