How long does it take to process my order?The time we need to process your order for shipping varies depending on the products. Check out individual item's description for more details.

How is the shipping rate calculated for international orders?The given prices of the products are all INCLUSIVE of Shipping Charges. Therefore, shipping rate doesn't need to be calculated.

How long does it take to ship internationally?It usually takes 4-7 Days with DHL Express, but we cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will also depend on the shipping method you choose.

Do you home deliver across Nepal too ?Yes, we do deliver across Nepal. Still, if you have any doubts do write us.

What about the Customs and Import Taxes?Cutomers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

What online payment gateways do you accept?We accept PayPal and Credit Card/Debit Card. Note: We never receive your Credit/Debit Card information.

What is the time period for order return?We’re sorry your order didn’t work out. We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
