How long does it take to process my order?The time we need to process your order for shipping varies depending on the products. Check out individual item's description for more details.

What if I need to modify my order or change my shipping address?You need to go to your Cart and make the necessary modifications to your order. Click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT on your Cart page. Here, you can make the necessary changes to your Shipping address.

How is the shipping rate calculated for international orders?The given prices of the products are all INCLUSIVE of Shipping Charges. Therefore, shipping rate doesn't need to be calculated.

How long does it take to ship internationally?It usually takes 4-7 Days with DHL Express, but we cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will also depend on the shipping method you choose.

Do you home deliver across Nepal too ?Yes, we do deliver across Nepal. Still, if you have any doubts do write us.

What about the Customs and Import Taxes?Cutomers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

How can I make payment?After adding your desired product to the cart, proceed to CHECKOUT. Fill in the Billing Details and Shipping Address (if different than Billing Address). Choose your preferred payment option and click  PLACE ORDER

What is the time period for order return?We’re sorry your order didn’t work out. We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Anything I need to consider before returning the item?To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I get refunded?We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
